Product orders – sample creation

The staff in charge of production will create samples, check materials and specifications, and identify any problems in advance.
The customer will inspect the completed sample. Please check the specifications and the finished sewing, and provide comments on any corrections. (We will consult with you on whether or not to provide a second sample depending on the content.)
We will confirm any problems that may have occurred during sample creation, provide you with a quote, discuss the product delivery date, and other details you would like to discuss before accepting your order. We will then recheck the requirements for production, including arranging materials, and prepare for full production.

This is the process of cutting fabric (bolts of cloth) into individual parts, and the sequence of work is spreading, shaping, and cutting. First, the required number of rolled pieces of cloth are stacked to a certain length before cutting – this is the spreading process. Next, the pattern data provided by the customer is matched to the fabric using CAD software and shaping is applied to the rolled fabric. Finally, the cutting is completed by cutting the fabric into the shape of the parts using an automatic cutting machine. Depending on the type and specifications of the fabric, it may not be possible to use an automatic cutting machine, in which case the fabric is cut by hand using a band knife or scissors.

This is the process of sewing together the fabric cut into each part with a sewing machine. The sewing machines used are mainly lockstitch machines (for straight stitching) and overlock machines (for preventing fraying), and other special sewing machines are used depending on the design and specifications. In order to make it easier to basting and sew, intermediate ironing may be used halfway through. In order to make our quality more stable, we use intermediate ironing more often than other companies.
Finishing work is mainly done with hand sewing needles. It is part of the sewing process, but it is a necessary manual process in many places for high-quality products, such as parts that are difficult to sew with a sewing machine. We have a dedicated sewing machine for buttoning, but we sew by hand, which is more delicate than machine sewing, to improve the finished product. All inspection work is done by eye, and it is necessary to check the sewing points as well as find any problems with the fabric. We keep the work area brighter than other departments so that we do not overlook defective products.

This process not only removes wrinkles from the fabric, but also shapes the product.

We attach tags to the products, bag them, and deliver the finished products. It is common for the products to be delivered in bulk to a warehouse designated by the customer, but Bellmode also provides a direct delivery service to consumers for customers who sell on the EC site. Please contact us if you would like this service.
